BOOKING AN AppOINTMENT

• New Clients: When availability allows, potential new clients are required to complete a New Client Application. If your application is accepted, we’ll reach out to schedule your pet’s consultation groom.

• Consultation Groom: Your pet’s first visit will be a consultation groom. This appointment allows us to connect, discuss your pet’s ideal look and needs, and begin building a comfortable relationship. Extra time is scheduled so your pet can settle in, and you’ll receive a service estimate at the time of booking. A more accurate price for ongoing maintenance grooms will be provided after the appointment.

• Current Clients: Existing clients are welcome to text for appointments or opt into a recurring schedule for convenience.

  • A credit card on file is required to hold/book an appointment.

  • All clients must ensure a current working credit card is on file at all times.

  • Scheduling Policy: All pets must remain on a regular grooming schedule, typically every 4–8 weeks, based on what is recommended for their individual needs. This helps maintain coat health and ensures a consistent spot on the schedule.

  • Cancellation Policy: If two consecutive appointment are canceled, all future bookings will be removed from the calendar. At that point, continued availability cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellations, reschedules & No Shows

  • Cancellations or reschedules with less than 48 hours notice will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service price.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.

  • Service modifications that reduce the original appointment (e.g., changing from a full groom to a bath or nail trim) made with less than 24 hours notice may be accommodated, but will still be charged at 100% of the originally booked service price.

  • Late Arrivals: Arriving more than 10 minutes late is considered a no-show.

  • No-Show Policy: In the event of a no-show, 100% of the scheduled service fee will be charged. Additionally, any future appointment booked after a no-show must be prepaid in full.

Payment policy

  • Payment is due when services are rendered.

  • We accept all major credit cards, Venmo, and cash.

  • Any applicable fees will be charged to the card on file.

  • If a card transaction cannot be processed, an invoice will be sent and is due upon receipt. Payment must be made the same day to avoid forfeiting any future appointments and/or late payment fees of  $10 per day.

  • Checks are not accepted.

We strive for customer satisfaction with every groom, but we also understand that miscommunications can occur. If you are unhappy with any aspect of your pet’s groom, we are happy to address and correct what we can.

• Please notify us of any concerns within 24 hours of the appointment.

• Refunds cannot be issued due to the time invested and cost of products used during the grooming process.

Drop off & Pick Up

  • Appointments can not be checked in early.

  • Be sure to arrive 5 minutes prior to your pets appointment to be able to potty them and be ready to check them in at their appointment time.

  • Appointments that are more than 10 minutes late are considered a no show and must be rescheduled. No show fee will apply. See No Show Policy above.

  • You will be given a pick up time at drop off. Being more than 15 minutes late for pick up will result in a boarding charge of $15 per 1-15 minute block. (i.e. 16 minutes late -$15, 30 minutes late - $30 etc.)

  • Pets picked up after closing hours will be charged a $100 boarding fee.

  • After 24 hours, abandoned pets will be transferred to Anchorage Animal Care & Control.
